Using this website

This site is provided to tell you about Digira and our services. You're welcome to browse, share links, and quote from it with attribution. Please don't scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or present its content as your own.

Our services

Pricing ranges, timelines, and deliverables shown on this site are indicative — they describe typical engagements so you can self-qualify. Every project is governed by the proposal or statement of work we agree with you in writing before work starts. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal wins.

Proposals and payment

Scope, schedule, and fees are fixed in the project proposal. Unless that proposal says otherwise, work begins after an agreed deposit, invoices are payable within the stated term, and timelines shift if feedback or content from your side arrives late. We'll always flag slippage as it happens rather than surprise you at the end.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Digira unless credited otherwise. Ownership of the deliverables created for your project transfers to you on full payment, as defined in your proposal. We retain the right to describe the work we did in general terms, and will only show confidential material in our portfolio with your permission.

Disclaimers

We keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Case studies, metrics, and testimonials describe past engagements and are not a promise of specific results for your project. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Anything about liability in a client engagement is set out in your signed proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
