Who we are
Digira is a digital agency offering web design, full-stack development, AI agent building, and growth marketing. This policy explains what we collect through digiragency.com and what we do with it. For privacy questions, email contact.digira@gmail.com.
Information you give us
When you submit a contact form, we receive the information you type into it — typically your name, email address, project details, and budget range. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads there, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Information collected automatically
When analytics are enabled on this site, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect aggregated data such as pages visited, referring sources, general location (country level), device type, and on-page interactions (including session recordings and heat maps in Clarity's case). This data is used to understand how the site performs and where it can be improved. You can opt out of cookies through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
Cookies
We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies. Analytics cookies, when active, are first- or third-party cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity respectively and can be cleared at any time through your browser.
Who processes your data
Form submissions are delivered through EmailJS; analytics run on Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; the site itself is hosted on Vercel with fonts served by Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics providers' settings. You can request deletion of anything you've sent us at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our practices or tooling change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
